Killer Week! And a Saturday afternoon WOD!

Awesome Saturday, folks! Remember the run bright and early Sunday morning, Pinehurst Starbucks. 5:30am. Free coffee....And I'm heading back at 1pm to do some cleaning and paperwork, so come on in and WOD! Apologies to you early folks...this was not a conspiracy to get you out of bed!!
