We're off to another great week! Hey on Saturday there's a fund raiser 5K for the Bismarck Cancer Center. You can find a copy of the registration form here . 15 dollar fee if you pre-register, 20 dollars day of race. Run starts at 9:15. I also have forms at the gym. The run will be our posted WOD, and I'll open the gym at 11am for whoever can make it.
