Hey guys here's the deal for the weekend...I am going to run a 5k loop before work. If you'd care to join me, meet at the Pinehurst Starbucks at 5:30am. Free coffee for any fool willing to brave the cold. Loic is going to open tomorrow afternoon after his swim meet. He's never quite sure when they end so he's going to let me know when it's over and I'll send out a note when he can open.
On Sunday I'm going to open for WODs at 7am and 8am. Then afternoon at 1pm and 2pm.
